(hereinafter, "ALYCO") of (i) the personal data that you provide to us as a USER of the website accessible through the domain name https://www. alycotools.com/en/ , (hereinafter, the "WEBSITE"), including the services available from time to time through the WEBSITE; and (ii) other data collected through other collection systems duly identified below.  This is without prejudice to the specific provisions established in certain sections, forms or services available on the WEBSITE in order to provide you with the relevant information and, where appropriate, to obtain your consent.

ALYCO reserves the right to modify the PRIVACY POLICY in order to adapt it to new legislative, jurisprudential and/or administrative developments, as well as to the practices developed at any given time through the WEBSITE, taking into account your rights and interests at all times.

In any case, ALYCO will provide you with the appropriate technical resources so that you can access the PRIVACY POLICY in order to duly comply with the information obligations that we are required to observe in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations.

  1. How have we obtained your data?

The data that we process at ALYCO have been obtained from you, i) through the different forms that you fill in while browsing the WEBSITE and/or through other channels (e.g. "Access to my account" form, "Contact" form, etc.); (ii) or, where appropriate, through other duly identified collection systems.

In the event that the personal data provided belong to a third party, you guarantee that you have informed said third party of the PRIVACY POLICY and have obtained their authorisation to provide their data to ALYCO for the purposes indicated below.

Unless expressly indicated otherwise in the forms available on the WEBSITE (e.g., by means of the "optional" legend or similar), the provision of data included in these forms will be obligatory and failure to provide such data will make it impossible to process your request, whether it refers to your registration as a USER, to obtaining information, or to any other service available on the WEBSITE.

Apart from those cases in which ALYCO is legally obliged to do so (e.g. Tax Administrations, Justice Administration or other Public Administrations), your data will not be communicated to third parties.

Moreover, no international transfer of your data is foreseen.

  1. For how long will we keep your data?

In general, personal data will be kept (i) for as long as they are necessary for the purpose for which they were collected; and (ii) for as long as you do not revoke your consent, where this was the lawful basis, to the processing or request their deletion at an earlier time; as well as (iii) for the additional time necessary to comply with the legal obligations that ALYCO must observe.

In any case, we inform you that ALYCO has established internal data purging policies aimed at controlling the retention periods of the personal data in its possession, so that they may be cancelled when they are no longer necessary and/or appropriate for the purpose for which they were collected.

The applicable data protection legislation grants you a number of rights relating to your personal data which you may exercise during the processing of your personal data. These rights are set out below:
