Overview
Plastic case containing 6 holesaws, two arbors and an Allen key.The holesaws come in the following sizes: 22, 29, 35, 44, 51 and 64 mm.
The arbors are 7/16" (for holesaw sizes from 32 to 152 mm) and 3/8" (for holesaw sizes from 14 to 30 mm).
The holesaws are made of HSS steel (steel with a high rotational speed capacity, without deteriorating) with extra strength thanks its cobalt content. This means that they can withstand high rotational speed without deteriorating. Likewise, it ensures the circular cut is precise.
The serrated part is micro-welded to the body, and has a special heat treatment. The 4/6 variable teeth pitch has a positive rake angle. The teeth have a hardness of 63 HRC. This allows for a fast, effortless sawing operation with a clean cutting result. Concentricity and cutting precision are guaranteed.
The body is made of highly flexible alloy steel, and has slots for ejecting the cut material. The base of the holesaw is reinforced to reduce vibrations during cutting. This makes the operation comfortable and precise.
The body and teeth are electron beam micro-welded. This makes separation impossible and makes the holesaw safe to use.
The recommended RPM (revolutions per minute) is provided to avoid exceeding the admissible limit, depending on the material that is being cut.
The arbors are essential for use with power tools, and help guide the holesaw in the circular cutting process. They are made of highly flexible alloy steel. The pilot drill bit of the arbors is made of HSS Steel.
It’s particularly useful for electricians cutting holes in ceilings and walls made of wood, plastic, plasterboard, plywood, aluminium, etc.
Due to the materials used and the way they are manufactured, they have a very long service life and a very high circular cutting precision.
