Friction pressure mechanism by trigger, catch plate and rod with cylindrical plunger.
The applicator consists of a closed aluminium tube for the sausage or cartridge containers of 310, 400 and 600 ml, a handle with trigger and a rod quick-release button.
The container holder is made of 3.5 mm thick aluminium, super compact, for greater durability and capacity to withstand pressure. The cylinder fastener is made of aluminium and as is the trigger mechanism, making it extra light.
The reinforced hollow rod with a 7.8 mm diameter has a cartridge plunger, grooves for the advancement of the catch plate and a plastic cap at the end to facilitate the movement of the rod.
The 9 mm catch plate is heavily reinforced, long-lasting and made of very strong steel, making it possible to obtain a thrust ratio of 9 applied to the trigger resulting in 24 to the sausage.
The applicator is suitable for medium and high density sealant cartridges or sausages.
Non-drip mechanism. It has a system for preventing drips after applying the product.
The force ratio between the force applied to the trigger and the force exerted on the sausage is 24:1.
