Overview
Industrial screwdriver, perfect for repetitive operations. High force absorption due to ergonomic bi-material handle. Option to apply additional force on the tip of the handle (hexagonal socket), on the hex bolster or on the hexagonal shank itself.Made of special S2 steel (spring or tool steel), which makes it hard and durable. The differentiated heat treatment balances the hardness and elasticity required in each part. So the tip is harder, avoiding cracks or breaks.
The shank is treated with chrome plating to extend the life of the tool and prevent corrosion.
The bi-material handle allows greatest comfort and force transmission, due to its two components that provide maximum grip and comfort for the hand. As it’s a single piece through shank, the top can transmit force with the help of the hexagon at the tip. There’s also a hex bolster at the beginning of the shank which can be used with a spanner or pliers to increase the torque. The tip of the shank is finished with special induction heat treatment to increase hardness and prevent breakage. This tip is also magnetised to facilitate the insertion of the screw or its removal.
The screwdriver is lightweight, practical and with a high capacity. It has a long service life, and the force transmission capacity is very high.
Suitable for repetitive tasks of an industrial nature thanks to the high force transmission and minimal fatigue.
There are several add-ons available for increasing exertion capacity.
