    • Overview

    Manual polyurethane (PU) foam gun with PU foam sealant cartridge that works by the pressure of the foam in the cartridge.
    Cartridge pressure system and outlet regulated by the trigger and regulator screw at the back that can regulate the output flow.
    The gun features of a watertight connection to the PU foam cartridge, a trigger that regulates the output flow, a screw that regulates the output width, a hollow rod, and a nozzle that allows the foam to come out, depending on the pressure we exert on the trigger.
    Universal metal cartridge connector.
    The foam is liquid under pressure, so as long as it’s in the cartridge and in the rod where there is no air, it remains liquid. When it comes in contact with air it starts to solidify.
    The gun features of a plastic handle, metal connector, trigger and zinc regulator screw, zinc rod and stainless steel nozzle.
    If air enters the tube, the entire content will solidify, creating a very laborious cleaning task.
    To prevent this, two protective caps are provided to cover the nozzle, preventing the foam from solidifying.
